Our Owner/Executive Chef, J.P. Holland, is usually not one who is lost for words, but today is the exception. After 11 years and heavy contemplation, we have made the difficult decision to permanently close our doors.The Fig has served its community with pride, joy, and love. Pride in providing farm to table ingredients for the freshest dishes, joy in the intricate art form of cooking, and love of for all of our guests and supporters. We want to thank you all for your patronage and the friendships we've developed over the years. Of course we would not be The Fig if we didn't have one last dinner. Please join us and Special Celebrity Guest Chef Marlo Nash, winner of Food Network's Chopped this Saturday, ³July 27th from 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. for a 5 course Farewell dinner. ❤️❤️❤️

After this, we will be opening for Sunday Brunch at 10am.

Join The Fig on June 1st in welcoming two of the most influential celebritv Chefs the South has to offer, Chef Marlon Nash and Chef Jon Harrison!
Chef Marlo, as Nash is affectionately known, is an Atlanta native with ties to Birmingham. He shot to fame when he not only appeared on The Food Network's Chopped, and ultimately won Season 54. The You See the Flavor author has been close friends with our Chef Jon Holland for nearly 2 decades, and we are always honored to have him grace our restaurant with his culinary talents.
Chef Jonathan Harrison is a talented Chef from Columbiana Alabama. He rose to fame on Fox Network's Next Level Chef, Season 1. Chef Harrison has not only worked with but impressed heavyweight Chefs Gordon Ramsey, Nyesha Arrington, and Richard Blais with his culinary techniques rooted in his Southern upbringing. Chef Harrison's goal is to utilize his talent to facilitate conversations that help spread his insightful message to Practice Radical Empathy. We are so thrilled to have him joining us.
