For the past 5 years, Riley has been crafting coffee, creating connections, and bringing great energy everywhere she goes. When she’s not behind the bar, she’s studying to become an EMT, chasing her passion for helping others.

She loves cats, her family, Latin culture, and of course everything about Bandido..the people, the vibes, and the community we’ve built together.

Nothing says comfort like a fresh co**ha paired with un cafecito. ☕🥐
A co**ha is one of the most beloved Mexican sweet breads soft, fluffy, and topped with a sweet crunchy shell that looks like a seashell (“co**ha” in Spanish).

At Bandido, we proudly source our pan dulce from local latino owned bakeries in Homewood, Pelham, and Alabaster to bring you authentic flavors made fresh with love every day just for you. 🇲🇽

Piña Colada Latte
Espresso and coconut cream topped with a fluffy pineapple cold foam. creamy, tropical, and refreshing without losing the coffee edge

Agua de Panela
Raw panela cane sugar melted into a light, citrusy lime drink. crisp, refreshing, and made for warm days

Niña Fresa
Strawberry horchata with a smooth matcha cold foam on top. creamy, lightly spiced, and finished with a fresh green tea note

Pi**he Mango
Peach matcha with a mango cold foam finish. bright, fruity, and layered with a soft earthy matcha base
