We carefully select the items on our menu to make it easier for you enjoy raw foods. Consuming a vegan diet means eating more fruits and vegetables which could result in health benefits you've never experienced before. Our organic produce comes to us year-round from our main distributor, B&B Organics, and our organic wheatgrass comes to us year-round from Wheatgrass and Sprouts. Local organic growers like Cinzori Farms provide our Spring and Summer stock. You'll also taste the difference in our cold-pressed juices because we use a Norwalk Juicer.
