A tour is not a performance. It’s a truth test. An honest tour doesn’t dodge cost questions, doesn’t bury medication management in fine print, and doesn’t rush through what triggers a change in level of care. It explains what would raise the monthly total and how that process is communicated before the bill changes. It talks about staffing at night as clearly as staffing at noon.
