Hello Everyone. I have been waiting to update you when I had some good news and that has yet to happen. I understand it seems super easy to put together money and reopen, believe me I wish it was. We've had multiple offers over the months and none were even remotely acceptable. We are currently negotiating and hopeful one will come to fruition soon.
Additionally, to the comments our AWESOME employees getting "screwed". Given the unforeseen circumstances, we did the best we could. All were 100% paid in full and on time, many given extra if needed, and I have yet to receive a single complaint from anyone. I speak with many of them regularly. Now, I understand the situation sucks, but we have never "screwed" anyone over, especially our AWESOME team.
Anyone who wants to reach out and discuss the details of why this happened, I am happy to fill you in. But, it's exactly what I said all along.
Regarding Gift Cards. I apologize if your refund has not been processed. I was under the impression all had been cleared. If you still need a refund, please email: [email protected]. I just looked through all our emails and refund requests and don't see any open issues. PLEASE do not rely on FaceBook to communicate as it is not being monitored full-time right now.
