The Comet is looking for an experienced, motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team!
Qualifications:
β Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience
β Current Food Safety Certification
β Experience hiring, training, and scheduling staff
β Strong leadership and customer service skills
β Ability to manage inventory, control food costs, and maintain an efficient operation
β Dependable, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
β Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
