We honestly don’t know how to say thank you enough.
When we opened the doors of Polish Bistro European Kitchen earlier this year, we had a dream — to create a small place where we could share the food we grew up with, our Polish traditions, and a little piece of home with our new community.
We never knew how Binghamton would receive us.
Today, seeing Polish Bistro recognized among downtown Binghamton’s favorite restaurants means more to us than we can put into words.
To everyone who voted for us — THANK YOU.
To everyone who walked through our doors — THANK YOU.
To everyone who told a friend about us, shared our posts, left us a kind review, came back for another plate of pierogi, or simply told us “keep going” — THANK YOU.
We are still a very young restaurant. We are still learning, improving, working long days and trying every day to make Polish Bistro better.
And knowing that in such a short time Binghamton has welcomed us with so much warmth and support gives us the strength and motivation to keep going.
Behind every plate that leaves our kitchen are real people, a family, a lot of work, and a dream that slowly becomes reality because YOU continue to support us.
We may serve Polish food, but Binghamton has made us feel at home. ❤️
We promise to keep working hard, keep improving, and keep bringing you honest, homemade Polish food made with heart.
