Today we celebrate the people who work hard.

The early risers. The late-night workers. The teachers, healthcare workers, construction crews, restaurant workers, first responders, small-business owners, delivery drivers, factory workers and everyone else who keeps our communities moving every single day.

As a small business, we know firsthand that there's a whole lot of work behind what people eventually get to enjoy. ❤️

BIG ZUES Barbecue had the pleasure of catering Family Fun Night with Binghamton University Men's Tennis and Tennis Charities of Binghamton! 🙌🏾

We love getting outside of the restaurant and being part of events that bring families together, get kids active, and create positive experiences right here in our community. ❤️

Just a friendly reminder that BIG ZUES Barbecue will be CLOSED THIS WEEK while our crew takes a little summer vacation! 😎

After a busy summer of BBQ, catering, community events and finishing it off with an AMAZING day at Porchfest, we’re taking a few days to rest and recharge. ❤️🔥

🔥 Okay Facebook…apparently we need to talk about BURNT ENDS. 😂

One of the biggest questions we got at Binghamton Porchfest was, “What exactly are burnt ends?” 👀

Think smoky, tender, caramelized bites of brisket with those perfectly flavorful edges. 🤤🔥

But the real testimony?

We had someone who had basically retired from eating meat COME OUT OF RETIREMENT for our burnt ends. 😭😂

If that doesn’t make you curious, we don’t know what will!
