Ok everybody, we are so excited to announce that Carmen’s kitchen will be opening soon, we are working on the last details for our grand reopening on Friday September 11-2026
Looking forward to see everyone back to enjoy your favorite meals after being closed for 5 months. Thanks everyone for your support and your patience.

Hola a todos, estamos contentos de anunciar que Carmen’s kitchen estará abriendo sus puertas muy pronto, estamos trabajando en los últimos detalles para nuestra gran reapertura el viernes 11 de septiembre del 2026
Esperamos verlos a todos disfrutando sus desayunos favoritos después de estar serrados por 5 meses. Gracias por su apoyo y su paciencia.

Good evening folk, just quick update here as we await to have our doors open to serve all our community. Had a very productive meeting this week with parties involved and have more clarity. It looks like at this moment contractor hired privately has had multiple revisions to initial quote and sadly that is what is holding up the opening. It took the contractor 2 months to get quotes out and has taken multiple calls and emails to get him to prioritize our business. We have also reached out to property owner and ask that he either hire someone else or have contractor prioritize our businesses. We thank you all for your support and your prayers for this to be quick. We still do not have an opening day but we are hoping to be back and running soon. We look forward to seeing you all there.

Hi everyone thank you for your continued patience. We are still waiting on everyone to come together and get us going. Not sure what the hold up is but we will be joining town hall meetings so we can push them and everyone involved to get this moving. We miss you all and cannot wait to have our doors open again and serve you. Thanks for your continued support.

Can’t wait for the repairs to start, hopefully it won’t take too long to see everyone back to enjoy their favorite meal
