White Pillars Glizzy - smoked duck sausage hot dog, house-made brioche bun, duck fat and roasted onion aioli, shiner bock Dijon, paddlefish caviar, dill pickles and chives

Brand new dessert on the menu! When we say we make everything from scratch: this is what we mean. Mike Macy starts with whole peanuts, grinding them into fresh peanut butter before churning it into peanut butter ice cream. Cornflakes are made from scratch, tossed in that same homemade peanut butter, then coated in house-made chocolate ganache to create our take on a Butterfinger.
The final result is our new Butterfinger Ice Cream Cake, finished with a cloud of peanut espuma. Every component is made in-house.
