15 Bean Soup with Smoked Turkey 🥣 🦃

If you’re looking for the ultimate soup, this Crockpot smoked turkey 15 Bean Soup is it! Leftover smoked turkey, with Tony’s Cajun Kick seasoning and country pleasin’ sausage to take it to the next level! 🔥

Ingredients:
1 bag 15-bean soup mix, rinsed
2 smoked turkey quarters
1 onion, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
2-3 celery stalks, diced
4-6 cloves garlic minced
1 bunch collard greens, chopped
1 bunch of kale, chopped
8 cups chicken broth
Add Tony’s Cajun kick to taste
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Black pepper to taste
1/2 link country pleasin’ andouille sliced or diced pre cooked

Directions:
Add the rinsed beans to your crockpot.
Add the smoked turkey, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, and collard greens.
Pour in the chicken broth and stir in the seasoning packet, Cajun Kick seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 10 hours.

Remove the turkey bones shred and add cooked sausage before serving 🔥

Thought this was just another grocery store hot sauce… I was wrong. 🌶️🔥

The peruvian rocoto peppers definitely bring some heat, but what surprised me most was the flavor. I’d rate the Tari sauce a 7.5/10 for heat and 7.9/10 for flavor.
