Christmas Time is around the corner, and that means Gumbo season. Gumbo production is a delicate and very time consuming task. Let Tony Clays cover you! Now through December 20th we will be taking orders for Gallons or 1/2 Gallons of either Chicken & Sausage or Seafood (shrimp and crab claws) Gumbo! Pickup will be in December 24 and there will be instructions for the reheat process. Pickup location will be sent upon order. There will be a $15 deposit and rest of the payment will be due the day of pickup. Also if you buy 1 gallon you can add a 2nd for 1/2off! Message us here on Fb or (228)233-6167

We had a great turn out last season and we noticed all the love we got from our Alumni that this year all Biloxi Band members and staff & Biloxi Football players and coaches will receive a special discount at the window! All Birria Products on the truck contain CINNAMON in the consommé & the meat. It is used to cut down the earthiness and boldness from the peppers that are used!

The Surf $ Turf Quesadilla $ The Bang Bang Shrimp Tacos BOTH contain shrimp, which is a seafood product.

The Deep South Melt contains a Fried Egg on top which is a common food allergy.
