We are having problem with the Vegas Hotel they illegally locked us out of our restaurant. Does anyone know a lawyer who can help and knows landlord tenant law that would be willing to help us? We here at Imperial Thai are not ones to ask for help but we have tried all available means and seem to have run into dead ends at every direction. First we must thank the entire community here in Billings for their support for many years.
As most of you know we have been looking to move to different location as our current one has not been ideal for our business and customers. We have found locations available in several spots but seem to have had no luck to secure a location. Recently we decided to move our establishment in with The Kava Bar at 928 Broadwater. We have ran into a roadblock once again though because the hood install has been bid at 60k which is astronomical when I had hood installed few years ago for $12500.00. We are asking the community for any assistance possible so we can continue serving Billings as we have been previously. We are hoping someone can help somehow so we can continue to serve Our town here in Billings. Thank you if anyone can provide some sort of assistance it would be greatly appreciated.
