Buenos Dias mi familia y amigos! First and foremost ty all for your support while I recreate all of my gma’s authentic Mexican food and some New dishes our family will be introducing soon enough. Menudo and Albondigas are ready to go soon as this posts. Two huge pots of my gma’s favorites to start the weekend until gone. And now I will be taking tamale orders, min 1 dz to 10 dz max which I will do every other week. and which will be ready next Friday. Please bare with me on prices as I will be adjusting them accordingly as I continue to add new items each week. So before I list prices I just wanted to let you all know that I’m going to be donating 4% each month to the future construction of our New community church located on So 27th and I believe 10th or 11th Ave So. in honor of my grandparents, Mr. Fred and Anita Hilario, who have been faithful members of Guadalupe and Mary Queen of Peace until the last of their days I will continue to do so with our New family business AMD’s “AbuelaAnita’s”! Ty for your support. Menudo and Albondigas (Spanish Meatball Soup) price’s are as listed small $9; medium $16; large $23. For both our caldos all condiments will be included, and your choice of Corn or flour tortillas!? Now for the Tamales we be doing all orders with sides of beans and rice or fideo. $5/ ea; $15/ 3 tamale plate; $30/ 6 couples meal; $50/ dozen family dinner which will include all condiments and side dishes, with Corn or flour tortillas. For ordering please pm me to get our new business number and address for pick up. Again I appreciate your support in our new family endeavors and legacy…. Now who’s hungry!? Ps…. So I’m back and the first thing I want to do is thank everyone who voted on dishes old and new. My grandma, although not very big in stature, has the biggest shoes to fit, which I know that I’m a pretty damn good chef myself, but the way she cooked in her kitchen, using every burner plus whatever she could use to keep up with her extraordinary skill set creating all her dishes. We had the chance to watch her magic while it took the rest of the family to keep up with her. That being said my first dishes are Albondigas (Spanish style meatball soup) and Menudo! I will have 3 different sizes for each of my grandma’s caldos and I will list the prices later today. When they’re ready to go. I will also be making my grandma’s famous tamales right after my caldos are ready today and I’ll be taking pre-order tamale orders and will have them ready 1 week after ordering, twice a month to start until I can reach the levels and skill sets my grandma had to keep up with demand. One more thing, to all my family and friends that don’t live in Montana wanting to enjoy her recipe’s, I will be able to do so via overnight delivery asap which I’m working on everything I need to do so which I’m super excited about so please stay tuned for food prices, location and new business number for ordering through or via fb. Hola mi familia and friends, old and new, so I’m sure you’ll have been wondering what my new page is all about. In honor of my grandma Anita Hilario (Contreraz) wife to my pop’s Fred Hilario Sr. Long story short I been in the concrete industry for over 30 years and was fortunate enough to have had a chance to start my own business, AMD Creative Concrete LLC, after working for a great company that provided Billings with the majority of the “roundabouts” and my last project, “Zimmerman Trail”. Unfortunately after my first season I basically broke my neck, not once but twice which I will explain with you all on my new family page as I build our business, and still with same name “AMD LLC.” (Advertising Marketing and Design LLC.) but instead of concrete I’m about to share with you all my grandma’s 5 generations of family recipes as she cooked here in her own kitchen and the kitchens at “Our Lady of Guadalupe” and other churches to help support them with the donations from all her delicious authentic Mexican dishes. “AbuelaAnita’s” food truck and restaurant to start and soon enough other food truck concepts I’ve created with my family to share with you to enjoy more delicious foods, old and new, we’ve created and will introduce each one as build our new family legacy business. “AMD LLC.” So as a family we would all get together a few times a year for holidays, events and special occasions to make tamales, menudo, abondegas, chicken mole (moe-leh), tacos, enchiladas etc… you get the idea. But I’m going to need all your help to do this based on your food experience with any one of her dishes but if you haven’t been able to experience her amazing food before she moved on to be with her mom and dad now will be your chance to. So on the weekend of 4/20 I will be selling her dishes, based on what you all vote on for me to make starting with the list of some of her favorites I mentioned earlier, and with each plate there will be a variety of different sides like beans, rice, fideo, (sopa), papas fritas (fried potatoes) Chile (salsas) etc… Thank you all for your support, much love and respect! Now please vote on the dishes listed, or tbh vote on any of your favorite Mexican dishes traditional and non-traditional and I’ll utilize everything she taught me to create some great tasting authentic Mexican cuisine.
