This family-owned and operated establishment prides itself on being a place where fine-dining meets friendly, personable service. Hello everyone in Billings, MT, my friends that know me and the new people I will meet. My name is, Carmen Guerrero Salazar, and I am the one who has made you the delicious meals that you have enjoyed. I have been at Don Luis Restaurant, 15 North 26th St, downtown Billings for over 20 years serving my community. My beloved husband my trusted business partner passed away in 2017, he was an amazing chef. We shared recipes and I learned his cooking techniques, as well he learned from mine too! I thank everyone that has supported me through all my years of service to you! We will continue to serve you your favorite meals.
