Established in 2019 by Corey and Kayla Willis and Nancy Metzger, Knockout Smoothie Co. has set out to create healthy pre- and post-workout smoothies along with light food that put health first. Nancy and Corey also own the 9Round kickboxing fitness studio right next door.
