The secret ingredient in our New Orleans style coffee is chicory!

We take locally roasted beans from our friends and blend it with fresh roasted chicory root.

The tradition was birthed during the civil war when the North had a naval block of the Gulf Coast, limiting the shipments of coffee from South America to the Confederate Army. To make the coffee they did have last, they cut it with the roasted chicory.

Our custom blended chicory coffee is smoother and less acidic then traditional coffee while adding more robust flavors of dark chocolate and molasses.

Try it this Saturday either black or as a Cafe Au Lait at Strawberry Festival, underneath our golden tent, just off sky point, Downtown Billings!

Be on the look out for our golden tent just off sky point on the corner of 2nd Ave and Broadway during Strawberry Festival THIS Saturday. These bags will be filled with beignets so good you’ll think you’re in New Orleans. We’ll do ‘em one better, ours are dairy free!
