Chicken Cacciatore— an instant classic.
Two bone-in, skin-on chicken leg quarters (leg & thigh) slow-braised in chicken stock with mirepoix, garlic, San Marzano tomatoes, pickled cherry peppers, mushrooms, and a blend of fresh herbs.
Served over a basil and parmesan polenta, with some crispy pancetta to top it off, this dish will surely bring you comfort wherever you need it most. 🥘

Yellowstone River: 692 miles of free-flowing river; the longest of its kind in the lower 48 states.

The kind owner of Undammed Distillery, Allen, recently guided some of our bartenders through a tasting tour— a peek into his passion for making whiskey and his love of barley.

We feature the Pryor Creek Bourbon in our Walkers Manhattan: stirred in are a couple dashes of Turkish to***co bitters, half an ounce of Carpano Antica sweet vermouth, and a touch of Luxardo cherry syrup.

A portion of every sale of an Undammed spirit goes to conservation efforts for the Yellowstone River.

Glasses up for a great distillery, and an even greater cause. 🥂

The seasonal return of a favorite is here!

These (mostly) mild East Asian peppers are blistered and finished with sesame oil, chili flakes, and some furikake (Japanese seasoning that contains dried seaweed, sesame seeds, and some salt). Nestled against a squid ink aioli, these shish*tos will surprise you; every 1 in 10 peppers may pack a spicy punch!
