Coffee bean test.. Go to your local roster have him give you one of his beans, take the bean sit it down on the counter put you thumb on it and push down and smash it, if the bean is hard to smash you have good roasted coffee, if the bean smashes easy and crumbles you have burnt coffee.. dark roasted coffee is burnt coffee!! dark shinny beans are burnt beans don't buy them...

I was going to go to Tech 9 lol until I found out Afro Man is going to be at the Shrine on the same date and the tickets are half the price as the Tech 9 show! See you next month Tech 9 I am sure you will be booked again lol

The Coffee Tavern will be closed today, we're in the process of hiring a couple more people to work the day shift.. most of you that know myself and Bonnie know that we put in 18 hrs a day 6 days a week and 9 hrs on Sunday and we also run a construction company and a entertainment business.. That being said until we can get some responsible people to work, there will be times we will need to close to run our other businesses! If you're looking for a daytime job and have experience in coffee and cooking, come in and fill out a application.. And to all of our customers. we're sorry for the inconvenience..
