Closing Letter: Cafe Zydeco Billings location.
It is with sadness and a sense of changing times that we write this letter. After great consideration, we made the difficult decision to permanently close our doors Saturday, April 9th. Friday being our last operating day. We will be running the inventory we have this weekend and through next week,so once it's gone it's gone. The decision to close down our business after 7 years of serving you, getting to know you and making you part of our family comes with a heavy heart. Our business was going steadily for the first couple of years but after barely surviving covid19 and its guidelines and now with inflation hitting us hard we are just no longer able to keep our heads above water. It has been a wonderful experience for us and will continue to hold a special place in our hearts. I want to thank my family and friends who have supported me through the highs and lows. And extra special thank you to my husband. He has been my rock. He has been there through my accomplishments and my failures. He has celebrated with me and has wiped my tears from all the stress and even though the writing was on the wall he supported my dream. I couldn't be more grateful for him. We would like to thank our staff, past and present, for being such an integral part of our business and for helping us to provide so many wonderful experiences to our countless guests over the years. Your efforts and dedication have never gone unnoticed. We want to say thank you to everyone who has dined with us, whether you've been dining with us for years or just now found us. We are grateful for your continued support and loyalty, you are the direct reason for our success as we are truly humbled and honored to have served you. We have been a part of your most treasured memories: birthday celebrations, graduation dinners, first dates, and so much more. We've built countless friendships with our regulars and our conversations will be missed. However, as much as we love Cafe Zydeco, and seeing you walk through our doors, the most difficult decision was imposed upon us during these unprecedented times to move on. Once again, our deepest gratitude with our very best and sincerest wishes, we hope that you stay safe and take care of each other. We will miss you all so very much. If you are in the area this week please stop in and say goodbye. And if you are ever in Bozeman or Helena you can still find a Cafe Zydeco to get your fix. Thank you all again from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️❤️❤️
