It's Turkey Time!
Spend more time with your friends and family by ordering your giant smoked turkey breast from Lanza BBQ! Each boneless, skinless breast is 6+ pounds and serves 8+ guests. They will be smoked slow and low on post oak and pecan. We can also fill special requests (ribs, sausage, etc.). We are taking orders now through Tuesday, November 25th. Good morning! We decided to pull the cooker out today for a little road trip. We ended up at Dale & Jax across the street from Amend Park for the hot air balloon festival. We will be serving dinner at 5 PM until sold out. A $12 plate includes a pulled pork sandwich, smoked baked beans, and kettle chips. We've been rolling Smoke out here since 3:30 this morning, so you know it's going to be fresh! Hopefully, we'll see all of you tonight for dinner and the festivities.
