🥬 Salinas, CA raised us but Billings, MT made us ⛰️

10 years ago we decided to move here to have a chance at the American dream. We didn’t think it was possible where we were at. We moved at the young and naive ages of 19 and 18 with a newborn babygirl. No family, no furniture, and no degrees. 4 years into being here we missed the small things about home.

1 of those things was an Elote and a Papa. Yeahhh…
Just corn and taters 🥔🌽

Fast forward we went from having to pick if we were paying our gas or the electric bill to focusing on if 100 cases is enough for a event.

Yesterday, we won for the 4th time People’s Choice @ Food Truck Battle on the Yellowstone and Best American 🥳🎉

It’s not just this 1 event.
It’s EVERY EVENT.
EVERY SATURDAY.
You guys always show out.

The problem we get now are dealing with some haters but that just means we are doing something right 😉 This year has been the year of Ying and Yang… ☯️ We have never felt so much love and support… but we’ve also never experienced this much hate.

But LOVE is always stronger than hate! 🥰

We’re so grateful for ALL of OUR people. We truly built this community from the ground up, and through every high and low, it has always come back to two things: our team and our loyal customers. ❤️

Too the few and fellow food truckers that show love and show respect to the game we see y’all and we love y’all! It isn’t an easy life but operators like you guys make it that much more fun. IYKYK 😇

Wheeeew August has been a blurr… 🫣

After all the events, prep, and food trucking it - we are sooo ready to be back @ HQ!!! 🫶🏽

I don’t know how we did the first 5 years with 2 different commissary kitchens and 2 separate storage units. Something’s in life you gotta go through it to grow through it 🌱

Now we are back to our Tuesday - Friday schedule @ 1212 Grand Ave Suite 10D from 4-7pm 🌮 🌯 🍕

Birria is our specialty and it’s made fresh and sure to please. So if you missed our birria the last couple of weeks now’s the time to check back in w/ your fav birria spot 🥵
