Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience in the fast-paced event and catering industry
✔️ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Wilmington, MA kitchen
✔️ Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require
✔️ Current ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain certification before starting
✔️ Strong leadership, organization, and teamwork skills

There’s nothing quite like getting your team out on the water and coming back together for an incredible waterfront lunch experience. We were so excited to host this special luncheon following a Corporate Row at our exclusive venue partner, Community Rowing, Inc..

Guests started the afternoon luncheon with a stunning luxury grazing board before enjoying a fresh Strawberry Field Salad paired with their choice of protein — the perfect healthy and energizing post-row meal. And of course, we ended on a sweet note with pistachio-encrusted cannolis that were every bit as delicious as they looked.

From the rowing experience to the waterfront atmosphere and thoughtfully curated menu, this was team building done differently — interactive, memorable, and genuinely fun.
