Team Member Job Summary
(Part-Time $12 /hour)
Store Hours: Everyday 11 AM - 10 PM
Shift Hours: Everyday;
Morning Shift 10 AM - 4 PM
Night Shift 4 PM - Closing
Night Shift 5 PM - Closing
Team Member- is responsible to provide friendly service and create a safe and clean environment to all Pizza Round-Up customers. Must maintain a professional store appearance. Prepare meals and follow establishment recipes. Duties include preparing ingredients, adhering to restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. Cook, clean, assist staff, and deliver food in a fast-paced environment. Work may include operating an oven, hot plate, slicer, mixers, POS Systems, etc.
Team Member Duties and Responsibilities
• Taking and completing orders accurately and efficiently
• Accepting payments for product and giving back exact change
• Delivering exceptional customer service and being able to answer questions
• Understand customer needs and politely engage in suggestive selling techniques
• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations
• Preparing ingredients for shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meats, etc.
• Cooking order according to food health and safety standards
• Handling multiple food orders at one time
• Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive
• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides
• Delivering food order to customer in a timely manner
• Receiving and Storing all food items and supplies properly
• Restocking and rotating products to ensure freshness
• Helping other team members when needed
• Create a clean, safe, and sanitary environment by sanitizing and cleaning work stations, utensils and performing cleaning duties. For example:
• Sweeping and mopping required areas in the restaurant
• Cleaning, sanitizing tables, and chairs in dining area
• Cleaning, sanitizing and restocking bathrooms
• Emptying inside and outside trash cans
• Cleaning windows and games
• Pick up trash around the outside of the building
Team Member Requirements and Qualifications
• Excellent customer service, required
• Excellent communication skills required
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Physical endurance to stand for entire shift
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Works well as part of a team and on individual tasks
• Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders
• High school degree or equivalent
• Previous experience as a cashier, washer, pizza maker, relevant work experience
• Able to work mornings, nights, and weekends
• able to bend, move, and lift up to 25 pounds or more
• Physically able to stand and move during the length of shift; able to bend and kneel through shift; able to lift up to 25 pounds or more
• Able to read and write
• Basic mathematical skills, enough to give back correct change, required
