That sausage is good , I have not had sausage this good in a long time , I don’t like store bought sausage , my Dad spoiled me lol with homemade German sausage, need to make a meat prep walk in cooler or building so I can make sausage and jerky , hard to do it with it being so hot now

I don’t get cold here very often, so might as well make another batch , I need to build a smokehouse. I’m used to doing this and like 50-100 pound batch.
