Proofs, gets baked with a heavy sheet pan on top to flatten it while it bakes to crisp, golden perfection, then it gets dipped!

What a lovely graduation ceremony celebrating the senior class of 2026.

This proud Mom enjoyed every minute, and the blessing of spending time with family this weekend that traveled across the state and the country to celebrate our girl. I was able to get our supply run done and make puff pastry dough today, and I’ll use tomorrow to get service prep done.

We will be open Wednesday, May 20th, regular hours; 7:30-1:30, and Friday, May 22nd, 7:00-12:30.
