MEET THE BARISTA!

Meet Brooke!

Brooke is the co-owner and Belle's mom! Together, they built and opened the cafe in 2024.

Brooke loves the outdoors. Whether it's adventuring with her 3 corgis (Moose, Hankie, and Momma Joy) working on a project, or just relaxing in nature, she is always outside.

She is also our cafe celebrity! Brooke owns a large YouTube channel called Girl in the Woods- showing others how to get outside and get happy. She also was a contestant on Alone season 4 and 5 on the History Channel! Currently, she is releasing an online workout course for women.

Brooke's go-to drink at Belle's after a workout is an iced matcha with lavender!
