Happy Birthday to Marcie! Her commitment to the Rooster and our community is like nothing I have ever seen. Without her and Soledad there is no way we could serve the community 7 days a week from 8am until 9pm every day. She is tirelessly committed to very high quality food and a positive, enjoyable atmosphere for our guests and our staff.

While I hoped to have a night off with her, she is working tonight. Please tell her Happy Birthday if you stop in!

This is our favorite time of the year, when we can share holiday meals with our friends, neighbors and visitors. We are truly blessed to be in the Keys!
