We here at Kj’s Refuge Bar & Grill would like to say thank you to all of you that have been a part of our family for the last 22 years. Kj's Refuge will be under new ownership as of July 28th, 2023.

Please give a very warm welcome to Jennifer Tighe and Brian Hedberg. You may know Jennifer from the Legion in St. Francis for the last 11 years. She has been in the service industry for 30 years and Brian owns his own landscape company.

The new name will be “The Getaway Bar” so be sure to look for their new page coming soon, new hours and new menu will be taking place over the next few months as they transition into their new home.

So with a very heavy heart and tears in my eyes I'm very sad to say that this will be the last Thursday night bingo under the KJs name. Yes, the rumors are true that the bar has been sold. The new owners will be taking over at the end of next week. Chad, you have been an amazing leader and friend. I wish you nothing but the best on your next adventure. I hope everyone can make a little time this weekend to stop in and show your support. Without any of you we would never have survived! A lot of love and appreciation to you all! 😢❤️
