After a short break, we got back in the brewhouse today, brewing a 2.5 bbl batch of Kolsch from the Cold. We’ll get in the second half tomorrow, along with finishing up the Lime’s Up Gose and the Berliner Weiss. Bill also had to work on one of the chilling units and parts have been ordered.

We got the news about Dolly Parton’s passing in the middle of our brew day. She was a true light and we could sure stand to have more folks like her. RIP, Dolly, we’ll always love you.

We’ve got our Bohemian Rhapsody Pilsner on tap, along with Cloud Nine Hazy IPA and Skippin’ Stones session IPA. Nepthys Hefeweizen is still hanging in there. Celestiale is waiting in the wings. Stay hydrated, everyone!

Lots of fun last Saturday! The gose dropped in pH enough to finish the wort and get it into the fermenter. Once we were done, we heard that our Norwegian patrons were on the patio. We visited with them and were offered a soccer jersey for the brewery! Then our friends Danielle and Mark showed up from Texas to finish out our day! Pretty awesome all the way round! We finished brewing Oktoberfest on Tuesday.

We got the Skippin’ Stones SIPA on tap this week. The Brahma Fear and Summertime Brew are hanging in there, so if those are your faves, you should home and get them!

The Brew Crew got their canning vibe on Monday and packaged most of a batch of Wham Bam. We got to see and taste the fruits of their labor once we came back with brewing sanitizer. Thanks Mitch, Sarah, and Brent! On Wednesday we began a batch of Gose with Ethan. The guys are checking the pH of the Gose; hopefully it will be ready to finish on Friday.

We decided to get Skippin’ Stones SIPA on tap, so we pulled the Sojourner for now. Brahma Fear IPA is still hanging in there. Heat advisories are on so stay hydrated!

We did three brews this week. Brian English came up on Sunday to brew his Berliner Weiss with us, and also brought some of his Altbier. We had a good brew day and a great time catching up. On Monday and Wednesday we brewed a 5 bbl batch of Celestiale with Chuck, Mitch, and Ethan.

We’ve got our Kolsch back on tap after a short hiatus. Brahma Fear is still got it it won’t be long before it taps out. We also put on a plum saison this week. With heat advisories and major high temps, we hope everyone is staying hydrated!

It’s been a little subdued on both brew days this week. We got in two batches of our Brown-Eyed Girl as well as another piece of metal down in the back walk-in. For you Kolsch from the Cold fans, it’s back on tap this week.

Some of you may know that we lost a patron, friend, and co-worker on Sunday. Buddy Thomas and his fiancee Mindy Mayfield perished in a house fire. They had recently moved back to Mtn. View and we were looking forward to catching up with them. I don’t think Buddy ever met a stranger. We’re going to miss them.

Got in two good brew days this week with Chuck, Mitch and Ethan; making a batch of our Czech-style Pilsner. We also got more work done on the floor of the back walk-in, preparing for another cold liquor tank.

We‘re working on getting our Kolsch from the Cold carbed and kegged. In the meantime, we have Summertime Brew, Nepthys Hefeweizen, and Hibiscus Saison on tap.

Just wanted to say that we’re open this weekend at Gravity. We’re doing our usual hours, 12 noon to 8 pm; that should give folks time to get a growler or three and make it to wherever they’re going on this fine weekend. Stay hydrated, folks!

Back from a busy weekend in North Little Rock at the Arkansas Folklife Festival! We were lucky enough to have a nice breeze off the river for the entire event. It was great to see all our Central Arkansas friends and our fellow brewers, and all our Stone County buddies.

We got back into the swing of things today, brewing a batch of Wham Bam with Ethan. Chuck and Mitch will finish the second batch tomorrow. Brent should be kegging Brown-Eyed Girl this week.

We tapped a few brews at Gravity this week - Summertime Brew, Nepthys Hefeweizen and Humble Beginnings Porter are now on tap. Hot outside, cold brew indoors. Or out, whichever you prefer.

Setting up at the Arkansas Folklife Festival today, and kinda excited to see this going on! Gravity is still open this weekend even though we’re down here. Come and see us this weekend, whether it’s in North Little Rock or Big Flat!
