What do you think? Since there is a write in on the ballot and if they don’t let Republican Donald Trump, run or democrat Dean Phillips, run, we the people should all write in the person that we want to be president. That is if you don’t like the choices!
This is probably what I will do.
Let’s all pass this around so everyone can vote for who we want to be our President of the United States!

Hi to all my Busy B family and Customers!
Just a little note to anyone that switched to Rural Mutual Ins, when I had the restaurant. I just got quotes from State farm Ins and same exact coverage for$65.15 less per MONTH! If interested just give them my name for referring you. I miss you all. I just thought that if I could save someone some money I would pass it on to you. I hope everyone is Happy and Healthy! Ok Busy b's friends, I went to Cubby's Cafe on Tuesday Aug 28, 2018
Had a great time and a lot of laughs.
The food was very good!
The owner feels like I do, he is putting his heart and soul into making a great experience for you. And he loves what he is doing. You can't image the gratification of seeing the people return, then you become friends and then family. I wish you would all give him at least 3 chances to bring you back home where you all belong. I do believe Big Bend, WI got lucky having 2 restaurants within 3 years where the owner really cares and enjoys the work! Please give him a chance, and always remember everyone can have a bad day. Always give someone another chance if they don't meet your Xpectations. They even have Cathy back who enjoys working and seeing you all come back. Thank God the renter had money to fix the whole inside up. It looks completely different. The Man who now leases the restaurant, has a relative who is the hostess and she is waiting to meet all of you! I hope to see everyone back and I will come in again to enjoy a meal and seeing you all again.

We made grandma's homemade recipe for our homemade cooked down prune filling! The Polish donut punczki for Fat Tuesday. Also we make our homemade cheese pocket. Just delicious!

Well today at 11am. I met with 18 of my customers. If felt like I went to a family reunion. You can't image how good and special it felt to see everyone again. When I came home to talk about who was their to my family, tears rolling down my face. I can't believe how much I miss seeing all of you. It meant so much to me. You know someday I will be back in Big Bend again. Doing something I love to do, maybe cooking, running a bakery, who knows. With a different landlord. lol!
I really wish the new owner of El Kabong Mexican Grill would have came out to meet all of you. They really missed a great bunch of people. Next time we will bring Busy B's to a different restaurant. And bring with us many more. Thanks again. Maybe a different day of the week, so other people are off of work can join us.

Well yesterday my mom Marion and I made Paczki (Pooncha). We made 8 dozen prune, and 3 dozen cheese pockets. They turned out delicious!.
For Easter I still want to make a small batch of fresh Kielbasa. Just want to keep the traditions going strong. I can't believe how much I missed making recipes.

To clear up rumors: Please watch

Busy B' exit movie.

The walk-in-cooler floors needs to be replaced just like I did when I came in 2002. Per health dept. Before opening.
The floors were not swept or mopped yet.
The carpet needs to be vacuumed.
Cleaning products removed.
Where the floor tiles looks bad: well you can see the different tiles done purposely, so I could show all the water damage. I replaced the same places and new wood in 2002.
The broken employees bathroom wall was just the way it was when I came in 2002.
The boiler is in the basement behind the wooden door.
I left a gas water heater that's 3 years old, and the electric water heater for backup.
I also left the water softener system hooked up that was mine.
I also wanted to show where the roof keeps leaking. Causing damage. I gave up changing tiles. I couldn't keep up.
Where there is rotted wood or tiles missing is from the landlords doing no repairs. And the favorite saying of landlord Mike " I don't want a restaurant you do! I can make this a storage place or garage. Problem solved.
I did and do not deep packets to repair there building . I'm a renter not owner.
My brand new light fixtures in the wash room (kitchen). Has water and stained rings in the fixtures.

I hope this clears everything up. I did not strip the restaurant!
