To our cherished friends, guests and loyal supporters,

As many of you know, we recently shared news about a transition in ownership at Peppercorn Grille as part of my journey toward retirement. While we had hoped to pass the torch and begin a new chapter, plans have changed and the sale of the business will not be moving forward.

Peppercorn Grille has always been more than just a restaurant — it’s been a part of our community for over two decades, and we are excited to continue providing you with the wonderful dining experiences that you’ve come to expect.

After nearly 22 incredible years serving this wonderful community, the time has come for my long-awaited retirement.

This decision wasn’t made lightly, and over the past few years, we’ve taken great care in finding the right people to carry on what we’ve built. We’re overjoyed to share that we’ve found just that — a dedicated couple who will call Big Bear home and continue to serve this amazing valley with the same heart and commitment.

It brings us great comfort and pride to know our “special place” is in the very best hands. Thank you, Big Bear, for an unforgettable journey! ❤️
