Chestnut ice cream is available for preorder! This ice cream is made from foraged American chestnuts. It has a delicate flavor with subtle nutty notes.

Making this ice cream has been an ongoing For 6 years now we’ve been working with Tom Klak, an environmental science professor at The University of New England, who specializes in bringing back the American chestnut. Over the years it’s been amazing to learn and work with such a passionate collaborator. We hope this ice cream can be a great (and delicious) way to learn about something new, spark conversation and inspire more efforts in bringing back the American chestnut!

Super Bowl Sundae kits are back! You've got the beer, wings, and pizza covered but have you considered dessert? We've got you covered!
