To our Riverbend family,

I want to sincerely apologize to anyone whose recent experience with us wasn’t what you expected or deserved. We’ve been listening to your feedback, and we take every comment seriously.
Many of the concerns shared with us stemmed from this past Sunday’s rush, when an unexpected kitchen printer failure created delays and affected the experience for many of our guests. While that doesn’t excuse the experience you had, I do want you to know the issue has been resolved. We’re also excited that a computer system upgrade is coming soon to help our team serve you even more efficiently. In addition, we’re continuing to focus on training, consistency, and making every visit a great one.
Riverbend means so much to me, and I’m committed to making it a place our community is proud of. Thank you to everyone who has supported us, offered suggestions, and shown us grace as we continue to grow.
If it’s been a while since you’ve visited—or if your last experience wasn’t your favorite—I hope you’ll come back and let us show you the improvements we’ve been making. We’d truly appreciate the opportunity to earn your trust and your business.

Help Us Bring Riverbend’s History Back to Life!

As we continue making updates at Riverbend, one thing we really want to focus on is creating a warm, nostalgic atmosphere that celebrates the history of our community.
We would love to fill our walls with historic photos, memories, stories, and memorabilia that showcase the people, places, and moments that make the Beverly–Waterford area so special.
Do you have:�📷 Old photos and timelines of the restaurants, that were previously located here (The Plaza, Roger's, and Chatterbox) ? �📝 Stories, memories, or pictures from our community over the years?�🏘️ Photos of local events, community landmarks, families, or businesses?

A big THANK YOU to the Washington Energy Facility for choosing Riverbend for today’s TOGO catering lunch!

They opted to pick up their order, but we would have happily delivered it for no additional charge since they’re within 5 miles of the store.

They enjoyed our Pasta Bar featuring pans of spaghetti, fettuccine, Alfredo sauce, marinara, grilled chicken, meatballs, and garlic toast. They also added our Build-It-Your-Way Salad Bar, complete with fresh toppings served on the side so everyone could customize their perfect salad.
To top it all off, we baked up a batch of warm chocolate chip cookies just for the occasion! 🍪

While a few of these items, like our fettuccine Alfredo and fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies, aren’t part of our everyday menu, they’re just a few examples of the custom options we can create for catering orders. If you have something special in mind, we’d love to help make it happen!
