We love rubbing our butts. Oh behave we are talking about heritage Duroc Pork Butts aka pork shoulder. We give it a nice tender loving rub with our scratch made sugar free BBQ rub let it rest for a spell then it’s off to the smoker for an applewood session. When all is said and done it gets thinly shaved and piled upon a sourdough roll (yes made in house duh) paired with Cabot cheese, spicy mayo and a good slathering of our BBQ Sauce served with house pickle mix and Potato Salad (no raisins here).
