What is Paella?

Paella is a Spanish dish originating from the Valencia region. It consists of rice, sausage, saffron, chicken, seafood, etc.

Chefs version is unique and full of flavor. He uses fresh shrimp, saffron rice, chorizo and to top it off short rib. It’s a very delicious dish.
