Hemispheres Bistro duck appetizer

Heirloom Tomato Salad from chefs garden served with basil pesto vinagrette.

Pan seared halibut with confit yellow potato’s, zucchini salad and harissa cream sauce.

Duo of roasted rack of lamb with basil mint sauce and roasted ribeye cap with bacon jam, served with potato’s au gratin and honey glazed carrots.

We have our 8oz prime delmonico ribeye with our garlic herb cream sauce, blanched haricot vert, and loaded mashed potato’s!
