Martellucci's Pizzeria Martellucci's pizzeria is a family owned and operated Italian restaurant in the Lehigh Valley Ten years later they established Martellucci’s Pizza.

Martellucci's pizzeria is a third generation owned and operated Italian restaurant in the Lehigh Valley with a traditional menu centered on original family recipes for pizza and pasta dishes since 1963. In 1963 Antonia and Quirino Martellucci and their children came to the United States from Priverno, Italy. Quirino Martellucci continued his trade as a stone mason while Antonia took charge of the

pizzeria. Antonia was famous for handing out her fresh handmade meatballs right out of the frying pan to all of her patrons. In 1989, following in her mother’s footsteps, Maria Rita with her husband Paul became the second generation owner and operator of Martellucci’s. Together they preserved the inimitable taste of Martellucci’s Pizza as they continued to serve their customers handmade pizza and traditional pasta dishes featuring the same family recipes Antonia introduced to Martellucci’s years prior. Starting a new tradition, Rita became well known in the community for inviting local schools to bring their classes to the restaurant. She would have up to 20 students making their own pizza at one time. Some of these children are now adult patrons and their children’s classes are coming to Martellucci’s. Son to Maria Rita and Paul and grandson to Antonia and Quirino, third generation owner and operator Paul continues the Martellucci tradition with handmade pizza and traditional pasta dishes identical to those that began over 30 years ago. An original “pizza pie” as Paul likes to call it, can be had today just like his grandparents made.
