Once the Spring Valley Inn and later Ye Olde Spring Valley Tavern, this timeless spot has been a place where people gather, celebrate, and feel at home. Beneath our floors runs a natural spring that has flowed for over 200 years. Its steady 51°F waters feed our trout pond and helped create one of our most beloved traditions: fresh, spring-fed trout enjoyed by generations.
