The Lehigh Pub Wine Dinner: A Galactic & Gastronomic Exploratory was a resounding success! Alumni and friends gathered for a curated five-course menu, paired perfectly with vintage wines. We were honored to hear from scientist and vintner Dr. Olsen, who shared fascinating stories about his family-owned winery in Paarl, South Africa, and his adventures in space. It was truly an evening for the books—we’re already looking forward to the next one!✨🥂

It was an incredible evening of food, wine, and conversation as guests enjoyed a one-of-a-kind experience featuring astronaut and vintner Greg Olsen, Ph.D., along with insights from Pete Morales and Executive Chef Brittney McCafferty 🌌🍽️

Join us on Thursday, April 23rd, at 6:00 PM at The Lehigh Pub for an exciting collaboration between Bonn Place Brewing Co. and CHE 370, The Engineering of Brewing, Winemaking, and Distilling.

Learn about the engineering behind the craft from students currently in the course while enjoying complimentary bites and sips. The full pub menu will also be available.

This event is open to all students and staff and is free to attend. Please note that we will be checking IDs at the door and providing wristbands to those of legal drinking age. Registration is not required, but highly encouraged. We hope to see you there!
