Yergey Brewing Friday! One of my good buddies Rich basically made my brain decide to order $300 worth of yellowfin tuna for tomorrow. How? He just caught a bluefin tuna and black pepper seared some for us and once you have that you want to keep going back! It Tataki has always been one of my favorite ways to enjoy tuna! We’re gonna send it with some depth of flavor coming from the barrel aged soy. Corn Fritter Guy will be at Rising River Brewing selling sweet corn fritters with maple brown butter sauce.

Love this time of the year to kick off summer with . Tomorrow we will have crispy veggie dumplings with Randevoo Sauce and scallions. Sushi tempura with avocado sweet potato poblano cream cheese sweet soy and sesame. Vegan fried chicken fried rice with roasted veggies and a sweet and spicy glaze. Share with your friends. We cannot wait for all of you to be a part of such a great event with a purpose!
