I hate doing this but I hit my head pretty good last night and unfortunately I ended up with a concussion. As a one woman show I don’t have anyone to fill in for me when things like this happens. Unfortunately I have to rest this week and that means I won’t be at the farm today.

I look forward to seeing everyone each weekend and sharing my love for coffee with you. I am so sorry and hope I can be back next week.

I think the trend is silly but a latte is a latte no matter how it’s made. If the ingredients and recipes are good it will be good🫶🏼

I started building Loops back in April and since then I constantly find myself battling imposter syndrom. It’s encompassing and sometimes makes me feel like I’m failing even in moments of success.

Then I heard about the Black Coffee Theory☕️

The idea is simple: if someone handed you a cup of black coffee, you’d probably add cream or sugar to make it “better.” But coffee doesn’t need those things to be coffee. They’re just additions.

The same is true of success.

It’s easy to believe we need more—more followers, more money, more equipment, more validation—before what we’re building is enough.

But those things are just cream and sugar.
The work itself is the coffee.

Every early morning, every espresso dialed in, every imperfect latte poured while learning, every conversation across the counter—that’s the part that matters.

Starting Loops Coffee Co. has reminded me that building something with your hands is one thing. Building it with your hands, your mind, and your heart is something entirely different.

I’m still learning. I’m still growing. But maybe success isn’t waiting on the other side of “enough.”

Maybe it’s already here, one cup at a time. ☕🤍
