Last week’s five-course wine dinner marked an exciting milestone for our new team at EDGE.

Executive Chef Kyle Abel, Chef de Cuisine Freddie Garcia, and General Manager Lee Minnucci came together to create an exceptional evening featuring a thoughtfully composed menu, beautifully executed dishes, and carefully selected wine pairings.

We are incredibly proud of what this talented and driven team accomplished—and deeply grateful to everyone who joined us and made the evening such a success.

This is just the beginning of an exciting new chapter at EDGE, and we cannot wait to share what comes next.

Thanks to your generosity during our July Curbside Charity, we raised $1,350 for our friends and neighbors at The Bach Choir of Bethlehem! The oldest Bach choir in America, enriching our community through music since 1898.
