Blue fin tuna from Mexico. I’m starting my sushi party early! This fish is amazing. I prob got way to much fish for tomorrow but I really just wanted to eat sushi so come help us turn this amazing fish into sushi! open at noon. Also the quality of this fish may be some of the most impressive brought to you in a 2001 box truck. 😆 will be chillin on the truck with me tomorrow it’s ganna be fun!!

Closing! To all of our amazing guests over the last 5 years in Bethlehem, we thank you for your amazing support and appreciation. Thank you for trying our innovative dishes and enjoying the best quality fish you can find. There is no need to write a book on why this difficult decision is being made. I want to be happy period! and the corn fritter guy tent will be going strong next year. If you desire our quality of sushi give me a call. I will be doing pre ordered sushi platters for you to enjoy at home with your friends and family. If you want to do sushi class at your house call or message me! This has been a great chapter and there will be another one at some point. Just going to wait for the right team and location to officially call home. We will keep you updated on fun events where you can still rendezvous!!! Hiring food truck operator! Hiring corn fritter guy operator! We will be open for one more week with a limited menu and a bunch of fun specials. Also the Randevoo page has been hacked 😞 including the food truck page, so there will be new ones started in the new year. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! Thanks again we love all of you.
