Red Bandana is hiring for a full-time baker/customer service associate!
This position will be full-time and include scratch baking, cleaning and maintaining sanitation standards as well as customer service, taking orders, answering the phone, making coffee drinks & sandwiches. It is primarily a baking position, but requires teamwork and multi-tasking.
Reliability, a great customer service manner, great communication, and a good attitude are the most important hiring criteria, and the ideal candidate would have professional food service experience and knowledge of gluten-free and/or vegan diets. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, be on your feet continuously for 9 hours, and move quickly. Attention to detail is also critical.
We are a small local shop that is totally gluten-free and specializes in other healthier, allergy-friendly baked goods, so The Red Bandana is a place where you can be creative, love your clients and your work, and feel good about what you’re doing.
Salary: $18.00 – $22.00 (depending on experience and performance) per hour, plus tips
Schedule:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays 9:30am-6:30pm
Saturdays 9:30am-4:30pm
