June at MENRI 🍜

As the weather gets warmer, we started thinking about what everyone would be craving this time of year.

Taking inspiration from some of MENRI’s most-loved specials from the past, we’ve selected these four bowls for June:
🍋‍🟩 Sudachi Hiyashi Shoyu Ramen
🌶️ Hiyashi Tan Tan Men
🍜 Taishoken Style Tsukemen
🔥 Umakara Tsukemen

Each special is available for one week only and in limited quantities.

Every bowl reflects our ongoing pursuit of better dashi, broth, and flavor. We hope you’ll enjoy the depth and character that make each one unique.

Summer Gentei starts 5/1 🌞
Our first summer as Menri!

Introducing “Hiyashi Ramen”
This is the menu we tested and refined more than ever.
We kept asking one thing:

“How can dashi taste its best when served cold?”

This bowl is our answer. Chilled ramen where dashi is the star. A summer experience we could only create as Menri. Mazesoba (vegan option available) is also back for summer.

From May to first week of September, we’ll rotate gentei menus weekly (Thu–Mon). Each item ends when sold out.

We wanted every visit to feel new for everybody especially during this summer.

5/24: Mini Ramen Kaiseki (reservation only)
Built from scratch every time—
we do it to excite our guests and push ourselves further.

5/25: 5th Anniversary 🎉
Special menus for lunch & dinner.
(Lunch: dashi-forward gentei ramen / Dinner: our annual luxurious tsukemen)

Instead of staying the same—
always creating, always evolving, and sharing that journey with everybody.

麺里として迎える初めての夏。

今回の夏メニューは、
今までで一番試作と研究を重ねました。

「冷たい状態で出汁をどう一番美味しく感じてもらうか」
その答えとしてたどり着いた一杯です。

ただ冷たいだけじゃない、
出汁が主役の冷やしらーめん。

麺里だからこそできた新しい体験です。

まぜそば(ヴィーガン対応あり)も夏限定で復活。
5月は【週替わり(木〜月)】でご用意します。
※数量限定、売り切れ次第終了

来るたびに違う楽しみを。

5/24:ミニラーメン懐石(完全予約制)
毎回ゼロから作るコース。
ワクワクしてもらうため、そして自分たちの挑戦のためにやります。

5/25:5周年🎉
昼夜それぞれ限定メニューをご用意。
(昼:出汁を感じる少しジャンクな一杯/夜:贅沢なつけ麺)

変わり続けること、挑戦し続けること。
その過程も含めて、皆様と共有していきたい。

そんな想いを詰め込んだ5月です。

Ebi Bisque Ramen (March 28 & 29)

Thank you so much for everybody who came in for this gentei. This bowl was constructed by shrimp bisque inspired dashi forward soup, homemade noodles, aka ebi, ramp sesame genovese pesto, and baguette made by . This bowl has a special place in my heart, it was originally inspired by a ramen shop called Three Little Pigs in Aichi prefecture, introduced to me by Shiho back in 2020.

This bowl brought us together and makes me emotional to think that we are now making ramen together after years. Can’t wait to bring this back again next year!
