Nitro Coffee, made at home, from coffee I’ve freshly roasted. Yes please.

I still don’t think I’ll ever be a morning person, but this definitely takes the edge off.

Side note… my new locally roasted coffee line will be rolling out some signature blends in the next month or so. I’m pretty excited.

Saucy!

Bottled 2 new batches of hot sauce (Smokefire & Pissmeoff) & my first stab at fermented mustard is pretty darn tasty.

Smokefire has smoked rhubarb in it & it’s very Smokey & spicier than my last batch.

Pissmeoff is quite spicy but has great flavor.

The mustard is a little bit spicy in the best way & I’m definitely going to start another batch.
