The Maxwell St. Polish Dog is a staple in Chicago. Here in Bethel we are putting our own little twist on it. We are grilling a Polish Kielbasa, and topping it with Grilled Onions, Yellow Mustard, Celery Salt and Yellow Chilies.

Don’t forget to get some Beef Tallow Fried Onion Rings on the side! Both locations open everyday! 🌭🌶️

It’s our one year anniversary in Bethel! Come celebrate with this doozy of a dog, the Slum Dog is topped with Spaghettio’s, Grated Cheese, and Potato Sticks.

Both locations open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, and yes, both locations will be open Monday 5/25 for Memorial Day! 🌭🎉
