"Le'" meaning "the" in French and "Mu" meaning "Pig" in Laotion reflect Chef Sav's classical training via the Culinary Institute of Virginia and his heritage as a Lao-American. "Mu" is the family nickname Sav was given since childhood; a term of endearment, he was called "mu noi" meaning little pig. Sav no longer dons the "noi" (little) part, but has since, handed down the loving surname to his daughter...making the "mu" in our name that much more special

All the love and thanks to a crew that got in, got restocked and ready for a great service, the community members that reached out to offer emergency refrigeration and collaborative efforts to minimize food waste (which can be so devastating to small businesses like the ones in our town), and everyone that checked in on us (I can't even begin to tag everyone).
Dara Behan Mountain Social Kitchen & Bar Gemini Cafe & Bakery and so many others... the best community ❤️

We've had a few cancelations for this weekend's private dining event (July 12) and there are a few seats left for August 9 (July 26 is completely booked at this time).
Tickets include a 5 course (at least) fine dining + story telling experience; $125 per seat (gratuity included).
