We got to sit around with a bunch of Brian’s All Stars tonight….both employees past and present (some not shown!)…and fed some amazing all star customers too (you know who you are!).…
Work hard, play harder has turned into cry hard, laugh harder. Thank you for making Brian’s such a special place all of these years. These last few shifts will be both gut wrenching and delicious! ❤️

The autumnal equinox is upon us! It truly is the season that reminds us that change can be beautiful…

For 14 years, we have owned and operated our restaurant. Truly was a dream come true and has been a labor of love for us. BUT…it is now time for the next chapter! The restaurant is being sold, so we will be closing our doors after service on Saturday, October 8. We will be open this weekend, September 29 & 30 (closed Saturday 10/1), and our final weekend will be October 6, 7 and 8. Space and availability are very LIMITED, so get on that phone NOW if you want to join us!!

To those that have been unwavering in support and appreciation at both our previous location and our current one in Bethel, we thank you. Most of you have become friends, and we look forward to sitting with you at the bar of the new owner’s establishment! We know that you will be just as excited about our successors as we are!! Stay tuned for more on that…but we are proud to pass this location to them and know you will welcome them with open arms and hungry stomachs! GET EXCITED, BETHEL! Also, they will be accepting our previously sold gift certificates at their establishment.

And to our staff, both past and present, words cannot express the gratitude we have for you. Cream of the crop, the best of the best. First coworkers, then friends, and now family. The world is a better place because each one of you is in it. Let’s rejoice and remember all the amazing things we have done together…cherish the memories we have made and laughs we have had! You are truly what makes saying goodbye the hardest.

This is definitely a bittersweet feeling for both of us. We appreciate you respecting everyone’s privacy during our transition. Our reasons for selling and the future plans of our employees are personal and private, and we thank you in advance for your extended courtesy to them in keeping it that way. We all would like to enjoy our last few weeks of service on a positive note, celebrating and enjoying each other’s company and continuing to bust out some amazing food in the process. Know that the future remains bright!
