Hello all! As we continue to navigate continuously rising food costs, we will be making a few changes. We will be focusing primarily on pizza going forward. This is where my passion is, and where the margins are best. We will keep the steak and cheese sub that our customers have fallen in love with, as well as the meatball sub. All other sandwiches will be removed from the menu at least for the time being. (Reuben’s will be available a bit longer while supplies last).
I understand that there are some people who will be very disappointed to see the paninis and Italians gone, but I am confident this is the right decision based on food cost and the ability to do more pizza with our very small staff.
Most of our summer staff is heading to college, and we will not be hiring until winter. Delivery will be unavailable at times, and kept to a much smaller radius. We will have new menus available soon reflecting these changes. Please know that I put a tremendous amount of thought into this, and I truly feel it is the best path to keep the business moving forward and continue to do all we can for our local schools and charities. Hello all! We are expecting a very busy night with all the people in town this weekend. We will be pizza only tonight to maximize the amount of customers we can serve. We are stocked up on cookies, Humpty Dumpty chips and Coke products. If you can’t get through on the phone and choose to come into the lobby, please expect a long wait time. Order soon to schedule your pick up time and avoid the wait!
